Within the framework of the Schengen cooperation regarding the processing of short-stay visas, in New Zealand, Sweden is represented by another Schengen State (the Netherlands). 

If you are a visa-required non-EU resident of New Zealand who wants to apply for a Schengen visa to visit Sweden for less than 90 days, your application for a Schengen visa for Sweden should be submitted through the Netherlands’ external service provider VFS Global.

Can I apply for a Schengen visa for Sweden at a Swedish Honorary Consulate?

Swedish Honorary Consulates do not handle any matters concerning Schengen visas for Sweden.

It is not possible to apply for a Schengen visa for Sweden at any of Sweden’s Honorary Consulates in New Zealand.
 

I have a New Zealand travel document, can I apply for a Schengen visa for Sweden? 

If you are a visa-required non-EU citizen who holds a non-citizen travel document issued by New Zealand, it is possible to apply for a Schengen visa for Sweden with the travel document.
