You can use this form if you:

• have received a message from the Swedish Migration Agency to book an appointment for interview
• want to apply for visitor's permit

Interview time is usually at 9.00 or 11.00, but we can also offer you another time.

The Embassy will contact you within 3 working days after we receive this form.
