Sweden's Ambassador to Belgium is H.E. Mr Henric Råsbrant. He is based in Stockholm but visits Belgium regularly. 

The Office to Support Small Missions Abroad (UD KSU) at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Stockholm supports in preparing matters and processing specific issues. 

There is a Consulate-General in Brussels with focus on consular matters including ensuring good preparedness to assist individuals in crisis or disaster situations. At the Consulate-General Swedish citizens are offered i.a. the possibility to pick up a newly-applied-for passport as well as to apply for a temporary passport. Swedes who need to submit an application for an ordinary Swedish passport are referred to another Swedish missions abroad or to the police in Sweden. 

There are honorary consulates in Antwerp and Liège.
