On Monday, 31 January, The Embassy of Sweden participated, along with the Albanian Ministry of Culture Elva Margariti, in the first national dialogue meeting held between art- and culture practitioners, state actors and representatives from the private sector. The meeting was organised by the Swedish initiative ArtNexus. The dialogue was The Minister describes the held dialogue as an important bridge to future collaborations, particularly in the face of the current challenging circumstances caused by the Covid pandemic.
ArtNexus is a new collaboration between the Swedish Arts Grants Committee and the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) which was launched during the fall 2021. The programme intends to contribute with capacity building efforts targeting art- and culture practitioners and state actors in partner countries Albania and Armenia.
