The EU Commission are in the process of preparing a proposal aimed at making the visa procedure digital.
In order to get stake holders´ views on the current process the Commission has now launched a public consultation to invite the views of visa applicants, the travel industry and other interested parties through the attached survey. A proposal will be presented by the end of 2021.
The public consultation will run until 3 June.
