Life certificates in Brussels and Antwerp

The Consulate General in Brussels offers drop-in hours for stamping life certificates, Tuesdays between 14h00 and 16h00 as well as Thursdays between 10h00 and 12h00. You do not need to book an appointment if you visit us during these hours for the purpose of having your life certificate stamped.

Please bring your certificate and valid photo ID. When the certificate is stamped at the Consulate General, you must send it in yourself.

In Antwerp it is the Swedish church through deacon Ulf K. Radziejewski who offers the stamping of life certificates in accordance with the Swedish Pensions Agency or the insurer. He has his office at Antwerp Harbour Hotel and he is accessible every weekday from 11h00 to 15h00, preferably prior agreement by gsm 0478 82 22 98.
