The temporary entry ban to Sweden is in place until 31 st of January 2022 but it might be extended.
Individuals can apply for a visa at VFS knowing that the travel ban is not lifted, being granted a Schengen visa is not a guarantee to enter Sweden, the Swedish Border Police will decide upon arrival to Sweden if the individual is exempted from the travel ban or not.

Please also note, that the vaccination certificates from Lebanon is not recognized by Sweden.
The Embassy of Sweden will not be able to make any assessments or answer any additional questions related to the entry ban or categories exempted from the entry ban.
