Amendment to the temporary travel restriction for non-essential travel to Lebanon
The Government has from the 24th of of June decided on an amendment to the temporary travel restrictions for non-essential travel to Lebanon. The amendment is line with the Council of the European Union’s latest recommendation to EU Member States based on an improved situation regarding Covid-19.
The fact that the travel ban has been lifted for some countries does not mean that the situation is normal again. It remains uncertain and a great responsibility rests on the individual. Every traveller should carefully consider their trip, prepare properly, stay well informed and follow the advice and instructions of local authorities.
