Sweden´s priorities for the OSCE Chair 2021 presented

Today, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Robert Rydberg presented Sweden’s priorities for the OSCE Chair 2021 for the organization’s 57 participating States at the OSCE’s Permanent Council. Taking on the role as Chair reflects Sweden’s commitment to the OSCE, and the importance of multilateralism, peace, and the European security order.

In connection with the presentation, a press release was distributed outlining Sweden’s priorities with the main messages from the presentation at the Permanent Council.

Sweden will take over as Chair of the OSCE on 1 January 2021.
