On May 27, 2018 the Swedish Embassy, together with a number of other EU Embassies in Singapore, participated in the event “Cycling for Sustainability”.
The event was organized jointly by the EU Delegation and a handful of EU Embassies and formed part of the Urban Redevelopment Agency’s monthly flagship event “Car free Sunday SG”. Over 500 cyclists joined the EU Ambassadors for a 5 km tour in down town Singapore. In connection with the cycling event the EU Ambassadors also met with Minister for National Development Mr Lawrence Wong.
