Niclas Kvarnström is currently working as Director, Deputy Head of Department for Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He has previously served as Permanent Mission of Sweden to the United Nations in New York and at the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing. Mr. Kvarnström also has a background within the private business sector. Niclas Kvarnström will take up his new position on September 1, 2018.
