Seeing the future of gender equality in cinema in Sweden

[Goteborg Film Festival Report] Aiming the 'Gender Equality' participated by the whole world

The 43th Goteborg Film Festival has been held from January 24 to February 3. To achieve the vision of '50/50X2020' (gender equality proportion 50:50 by 2020) announced by SFI(Swedish Film Institute) in 2016, many efforts have been made and SI(Swedish Institute) hold a media program for invited media from 8 countries. Why is gender equality so important and for what?

The film journalist, Eun-sun Lee, who recently took part in Goteborg Film Festival shared hew views on the article.
