Due to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, 187-p as of March 14, 2020 and 290 as of March 16, 2020 Ukrainian citizens with temporary or permanent residence permits in Sweden (and other countries) are only allowed to leave Ukraine via the Automobile Border Checkpoints. Ukrainian citizens are not allowed to leave Ukraine via train or airplane until April 3, 2020. For more information please read here and here.
