Welcome to the Embassy of Sweden in Lusaka, Zambia
The overall mission of the Embassy of Sweden in Lusaka is to strengthen and build on the relationship between Sweden and Zambia, through political dialogue, development cooperation, trade promotion and cultural exchange. Our migration section represents 15 countries, including Sweden, in the Schengen cooperation.
The Embassy provides service for Swedish citizens in consular emergencies. Swedish citizens and foreign family members of Swedish citizens who are residing or intend to stay in Zambia for a longer period of time are welcome to register with the Embassy. The list of Swedes is used for contingency purposes and for common information of interest. Please refer to the Swedish language section of the website for further information and registration form.
