2024年1月30日星期二，瑞典驻华大使欧思诚 (Per Augustsson) 向中华人民共和国主席习近平递交国书。这是欧思诚大使第二次派驻北京，他于 2014 年至 2017 年担任瑞典驻华大使馆副馆长。在调任北京之前，欧思诚大使曾担任瑞典驻香港及澳门总领事。他之前的工作地点包括伦敦、纽约和萨格勒布。
